Whereas adults can enjoy themselves talking and sipping drinks, kids can be harder to entertain. That’s why having games planned for them can come in very handy.

Ideally, it should be used by kids who know how to count. But, if one doesn’t know how to do it yet, you can make teams. This way, kids can help each other without your assistance.

How to Play Thanksgiving I Spy

Playing Thanksgiving I Spy is easy.

Print as many copies of the game as you need, and laminate them if you plan to re-use them next year (don’t forget to use dry erase markers).

Invite your kids to find and count the pictures that are listed on the left side of the page. Then, write the corresponding number in the box next to each item.

To help children avoid counting the same object twice, they can cross off each picture as they count it.

Or, to make your game extra engaging, you can provide a bowl full of candies. Kids should place candies on the objects as they count them. You can use candies of different colors to help kids count.
